TEMPLE TABLE TREMENDOUS TRIUMPH

The club table at the Temple Bird Mart last Saturday, March 20, 2010 was a great success. Just about every club member was able to attend for at least a short while. Everyone seemed to enjoy the camaraderie and the sales were higher than we've made the last several shows. Our total profit (after paying for the table space) came to a little over $230.

A STAND IN FAVOR OF PERCHES

One reason our sales were up at the Temple Mart is because of the superior craftiness and creativity of members Carolyn and Gary Reid. The perches and bird stands they made were our hottest selling items. The toys Sherry Gibson and her mother made were also great sellers. (My apologies and let me know if I left out some other hot item.)

ALAMO EXHIBITION BIRD CLUB

The Alamo Exhibition Bird Club will be holding their annual Fiesta Mart on April 17, at the Live Oak Civic Center in San Antonio. It is a huge mart with great raffle tables.
